Check-In & Check-Out
Our check-in and check-out system helps us know when an outing begins and when it has safely ended. Either person may end an outing at any time if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
Companion Standards & Onboarding
All companions complete onboarding covering professional boundaries, personal safety, check-in procedures, emergency protocols and MakeThatTwo Code of Conduct before accepting bookings.

MakeThatTwo is for adults aged 18 and over only.
Reporting & Emergencies
Safety concerns or inappropriate behaviour should be reported to MakeThatTwo as soon as possible. MakeThatTwo is not an emergency service; if there is an immediate danger or emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services.

The rule
MakeThatTwo is for respectful, strictly platonic social company between adults in public settings.

Users must
Treat each other with respect; honour personal boundaries; use accurate profile information; attend confirmed bookings or cancel properly; communicate appropriately; follow public-place rules; use platform safety and payment processes honestly; and comply with applicable law.

Users must not
Request, offer or negotiate sexual services; pressure another person for romantic, sexual or physical contact; harass, threaten, intimidate or discriminate; move or pressure a booking into a prohibited private setting; deliberately misrepresent identity or age; photograph or record another person without permission; share another user's private information without a lawful reason; commit fraud; or deliberately bypass platform payments to avoid fees.

Boundaries and ending an outing
Either person may say no, change a personal boundary or end an outing at any time. Payment does not create an entitlement to affection, physical contact, personal contact after the booking or another meeting.

Action
Serious or repeated breaches may result in restrictions, suspension or removal. MakeThatTwo may preserve and disclose relevant information where required or permitted by law.
