Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated: 11 September 2026

This policy applies to paid bookings made through MakeThatTwo. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Nothing here removes rights you have under UK law.

Client cancellation

Companion cancellation

If the Companion cancels and the booked service is not provided, the Client will normally receive a full refund, including the Client service fee.

No-shows

If a Companion does not attend, the Client will normally receive a full refund after reasonable verification. If a Client does not attend and the Companion attended as agreed, a refund is not normally due, subject to applicable law and exceptional or safety circumstances.

Safety and early endings

Either person may end an experience at any time. If an experience ends because of a genuine safety concern, the normal cancellation calculation may be paused while we review the circumstances. We may issue a full or partial refund, release all or part of a payout, or take another fair and lawful outcome based on the evidence available.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are normally sent back through the original payment method. Stripe and the Client’s bank or card provider control the time it takes for the refund to appear.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cancellation or other remedy that must be provided by law. Certain leisure services supplied for a specific date or period can be treated differently from ordinary online services under UK distance-selling rules.
